1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lq77 ("lq77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the lq77 website at https://lq77.io and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support facilities (collectively, "the Services").

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active lq77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. lq77 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lq77 reserves the right to void all associated wagers, forfeit all bonus funds, and permanently close all accounts held by that player without refund.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your account lifetime. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balances.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

lq77 conducts identity verification in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifetime:

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lq77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

lq77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount at lq77 is ৳500. Deposit attempts below this threshold will be declined by the payment system. There is no maximum single deposit limit under standard account conditions, although lq77 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players will be processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. lq77 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fulfilled or the bonus forfeited before withdrawal of the corresponding real-money balance.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your lq77 account registration details.

5.5 Third-Party Payments

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

General eligibility conditions applicable to all lq77 bonuses include: the Player's account must be fully registered and verified; the Player must not have an active self-exclusion on their account; and the Player must not have violated these Terms previously.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to an lq77 account carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completing the wagering requirement are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from wagering requirement calculations will not count toward bonus completion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Activities that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, exploiting game mechanics to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, or the use of automated betting software — are prohibited. lq77 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not activated or wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Casino Games

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the lq77 Platform following any published amendment constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and contact lq77 support to close their account and request withdrawal of any remaining balance.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal policies of lq77. lq77 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond those it actively serves.
